Anton Repponen is a New York-based interaction designer with a career spanning over 20 years in the industry building products, digital experiences, brands and simply fun and engaging user-centric solutions. His design approach seamlessly blends architectural influences with interactive design expertise, reflecting his background in architecture and a human-centered design ethos.
He frequently shares his knowledge and experience, regularly speaking at industry events such as SXSW, OFFF, FITC, and Adobe Live. Anton has also taught workshops at various educational institutions, including the Rochester Institute of Technology, the Strelka Institute in Moscow, and Hyper Island in Stockholm. Furthermore, Anton plays a significant academic role as the co-chair of the Interaction Design program at Harbour.Space University, which is located in both Barcelona and Bangkok.
His contributions to the design world have earned him recognition, with his work featured in prestigious publications including Fast Company and Taschen, and receiving the esteemed Red Dot "Best of the Best" award.
Currently based in Brooklyn, New York, Anton co-leads the acclaimed "Anton & Irene" design studio. Their diverse clientele includes renowned cultural institutions such as M+ Museum in Hong Kong and TheMet Museum in New York, technological giants like Spotify, Netflix, and Google, among many others.
